Hot Pockets!!

I made these at school once and wanted to share!

In this recipe You can basically add anything you want.But for the dough part you could use Rhodes dough or this recipe: 2 1/2 cups Warm Water
2tbs. Sugar
2tbs. Yeast
1tbs. Salt
5tbs. Olive Oil
6 cups + 2t. flour
In mixer, mix water and sugar for a few sec., mix in yeast. Let rest for 2 min., yeast should begin to bubble. Add salt, olive oil,flour. Mix well! Let dough rest for 10min. Turn mixer on low speed for 1-2min. Roll dough out then cut into circles or how big u want the hot pockets. Put filling in and put another circle on top. Seal the edges with water, poke holes on top with fork!! ***Bake at 375*** ENJOY! :)
